Car had all the service records since it was new and only 31k on the dash which matches the service records.

1971 Catalina 2door Hardtop
“I bought my '71 Catalina off e-bay, flew out to California and drove it back to New York without a single problem.
My father and my uncle joined me for the trip. I'm looking to restore it now as it needs some work, but just a fantastic car. Best trip I ever took.”
Owned by Collin: in New York.
Pontiac Grandville 1971
“It is a 71 Pontiac Grandville, hardtop, v8 bigblock.
I always wanted a car like that. And actually bought it 2 years ago! Best car I ever laid eyes on and bought!”
Owned by: in Norway.
“I purchased this 1971 Catalina in August of 06. I paid $2500.00 for my baby and she hasn't disappointed me at all. She was in great condition, but I had to do a little more to her. I had to put a spin on her looks and she looks even better now. She is a head turner.”

“1971 Pontiac Grandville. She has a 455, 400 trans and 58,000 orig miles. I am the 4th owner, and God willing the last. This will be the first car I've ever restored. Already I have resealed the engine and trand, new exhaust, new vinyl roof, restored the carb, KEEPING the points. Next comes body work and chrome. That's going to be expensive, at least $8,000 I'm anticipating.
She only has an open rear end. The gearing is perfect for me, but I would like to put either a limited-slip or a locker. Any ideas? She will not become a track car, that ain't happening. Just tired of doing the ‘one-wheel-wonder-peals’ when I destroy import-tuners.”

“1971 Pontiac Grand Ville with 455 V8, 65,000 miles.
Purchased in fall of 2006 from original owner in Long Island, New York. Car was completely original. Had it repainted ‘Jet Black’ and installed set of Ralley II wheels. Sharp Car. Runs perfect. Black Beauty turns heads where ever it goes.”

1971 Catalina Hardtop – 400 engine
Purchased in Pennsylvania October, 1993
48,189 actual miles; had about 21,000 when I bought it.
It had a 2 barrel carb and single exhaust which I have changed to the quadra-jet and dual exhaust. The paint is all original. It is ready for a paint job, has some rust and some of the paint will not take much more buffing. Interior is all original. So all in all the car still looks pretty good. Now residing in North Carolina.

Owned by Ted. "My '71 4 door hard top has been in the family since day one.
I got it back in '83 after my uncle, the original owner passed away. At that time it had only 12,000 miles on it! I used it as a daily driver for several years,
but I restored it about 8 years ago, and it now sees only limited action. The power train is original (455), however I got some 'help' from Edelbrock at about 35,000 miles.
The car now has about 96,000, and still performs excellent!”
